This is the KEETEC S 2705 door lock actuator. A 5 wire actuator for central locking, with 7kg push and pull force.

7kg sits between the 4kg and 10kg versions, and suits most door mechanisms in reasonable condition. If the lock feels stiff by hand, go up to 10kg rather than hoping.

The head rotates, which makes it far easier to find a mounting angle inside a door that's already full of glass, wiring and linkages.
