    Returns, Refunds & Exchange


    Refunds


    You may return your item for a refund within 60 days of your purchase.
    We can only refund items in their original packaging and that are unused.
    Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Items that cannot be returned for a refund include
    clearance items, final sale items, key fob shells and cases.
    Products that have been used, installed,
    broken
    or altered will not be refunded.

    All returns are subject to a 10-15%** restock fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
    **exact restock fee percentage will be determined upon return authorization approval

    Exceptions:
    Key fobs can be returned within 60 days for a full refund (no re-stock fee) if they do not program or otherwise do not work for your application. Key fob must be new and in re-sellable condition


    Exchange


    You may return your item for an exchange within 60 days
    of your ship date for an exchange.

    You are responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
