This is the Wolfbox G900 TriPro Cabin Monitor 3-Channel mirror dash camera.

This camera system consists of a 11.8" LCD touchscreen equipped rear view mirror (clip on so it is universal, fits any vehicle), a 1080p vehicle interior facing camera, and a weatherproof 2.5k rear camera, that can also be used as a back up camera.
