This is a 2 position toggle switch.

A simple on-off automotive toggle. It latches, so it stays where you set it, which makes it suitable for valet mode, kill switches, and any accessory you want to control by hand and leave switched.

Check the amperage against your load. If you're switching anything substantial, run the switch through a relay rather than putting the full current through it. Undersized switches get hot and eventually fail closed, which is the worst way for a kill switch to fail.
