Check it's the right one

The FCC ID is printed on the back of your old fob or inside the battery compartment. If it reads EZSDEI7944, this is your remote.

Programming

This fob needs pairing to your system before it will work. Most people manage it themselves using the guide linked on this page. If you'd rather not, bring the vehicle to our Markham shop and we'll do it.

Battery

This fob has a rechargeable battery rather than replaceable cells. If it stops holding a charge that's usually the end of its life — the cell isn't user-serviceable.
