This is the Viofo RCC360 interior ultra-wide angle camera for the Viofo A329S line of dash cams.

This accessory turns the A329S 1CH and A329S 2CH into a 3 channel dash camera, otherwise known as the A329S 3CH. 

Thanks to its 210 degree wide angle lens, this camera captures a large field of view, ideal for ride share applications such as UBER and Lyft.
