This is the Axxess AXTO-MI3 Mitsubishi amplifier interface module.

It is to be used when you wish to replace the radio in a 2014 - Up  Mitsubishi vehicle equipped with the Rockford Fosgate premium audio system, but still retain the Rockford Fosgate amplifier.
