This is the NAV-TV NTV-KIT375 Porsche Video Interface
The PCM3.1 XG-CAM integrates an aftermarket camera into specific Porsche PCM3.1 model
radios (Panamera '10+, Cayenne '11+, 991 '12/13+, Macan/CDR+ radio). Forced camera (front and rear) is also an option if desired. (On 911 convertibles, adding a front camera also requires using an On/Off toggle switch, which is not included.)
